Today would have been Dr Eli Goldratt’s ( Eliyahu Moshe Goldratt ) 75th birthday. Eli was my first mentor and later became a very close friend.

He single handedly, had the biggest impact on my life.

One of the life lessobs i will never forget, he shared with me shortly after our first meeting.

He asked me what my life goal was.

He said a Life goal is simply a dream taken seriously.

It takes courage to have a dream. It takes even more courage to take your dream seriously.

I have two questions for you.

What is your dream?

Are you (still) taking it seriously …

… really seriously?
