Pavel Valeryevich Durov is a Russian-born billionaire entrepreneur and the founder of Telegram, a messaging app launched in 2013. He's also known for co-founding the Russian social media site VK in 2006. Durov has been described as a "freedom fighter" and compared to Mark Zuckerberg.
