Bayanihan is a Filipino term referring to the spirit of communal unity and cooperation to achieve a particular objective, often involving collective effort and helping one another. It's traditionally exemplified by neighbors helping a family move their house, but it also represents a broader spirit of community and working together, especially in times of need or during disasters.
