1. Elon’s Razor: Work on things that excite you.
2. Read Books and talk to smart people.
3. Do things intensely or not at all.
4. Always reinvest back into the game.
5. Set strict deadlines, then execute.
6. All requirements should be treated as recommendations.
7. The only rules are the ones dictated by the laws of Physics. Everything else is a recommendation.
8. Build the factory that builds the machine.
9. Don’t work with anyone who says something is impossible.
10. Never ask your troops to do something you’re not willing to do.
11. If you need inspiring words, don’t do it.
12. Always take the position that you are to some degree wrong, and your goal is to be less wrong over time. Less Wrong
13. Losing is temporary. Take more Risks.
