Bird Strike
A Navy T-45C Goshawk crashed in September 2021 after ingesting 4.5-pound black vulture while attempting to land at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth, Texas. Both the instructor pilot and student ejected and sustained injuries.
