Brahma Muhurta

In Hindu tradition, brāhma muhūrta (also spelled Brahma Muhurta) refers to the period of time roughly 1.5 hours before sunrise, considered a sacred and auspicious time for spiritual practices like meditation and prayer.

"Brahma" refers to the creator god in Hinduism, and "muhurta" means a specific time period. Therefore, brāhma muhūrta is the time when the energies are considered to be at their highest, making it a potent time for spiritual activities.
