Though there are so many works of Claudia Cardinale I could list as her best, whenever I think of her, the one movie that always come to my mind is Valerio Zurlini's "Girl with a Suitcase" (1961). I simply can't imagine another actor playing this complicated role with such ease. https://x.com/DannyDrinksWine/status/1970672031193800763

Claudia Cardinale on working with Federico Fellini in 8½ (1963): "I only did one film with Fellini but he made me feel the center of the Earth, the most beautiful, the most important. I truly miss him, his sweetness, tenderness, his thin voice even. Acting for him was like an event, there was no script, the set was noisy, it was chaotic, anarchy reigned, yet he was able to isolate himself and get on with the job, you thought you were doing everything spontaneously, any which way was you pleased, but at the end of the day you’d done exactly what he had in mind." — Claudia Cardinale interviewed by Martin Gani for Italy Magazine in 2012 - https://x.com/RadiantFilm/status/1970614178789376498
