5:40am creatine + 6k steps while pondering on various Enjoyable thoughts and ideas

6:30am-11am do Enjoyable work

11am-12pm Eat an enjoyable protein rich breakfast + respond to messages and emails

12pm-1pm - read an Enjoyable book

1pm-3pm hit the gym for an Enjoyable lift + cardio session

3pm-4pm Take an Enjoyable Royal afternoon nap

4pm-5pm Enjoy a slice or two of watermelon by the pool + get sun

5pm-5:30pm Enjoy a phoneless sunset stroll with the missus

5:30pm-6pm Eat an Enjoyable protein-rich dinner

6pm-8pm Do various Enjoyable things (eg rewatch a classic 80s movie, read a book, call my mum etc)

8pm-10pm - Read an Enjoyable work of fiction

10pm - Enjoy a night of deep sleep while having Enjoyable dreams

Stop listening to "hustle and grind" gurus. You don't need to burn out in order to hit your goals.
